Yes there is a security deposit on a Jet Ski rental of $1,500. The security deposit is to motivate the user to cover any user negligence damages to the watercraft.

On the day of the rental, we require a credit card for deposit, there is no charge to the cardholder. The cardholder must be present to sign for the damage deposit and the rental agreement. The renter is responsible for any damages during the rental duration.

Guests are required to arrive 20 minutes before their booking to be given adequate time to complete their orientation and documents. Adult Personal Floatation Devices (PFDs) are supplied and must be worn during the rental period by riders and passengers.

Remember this rental time is yours. If you cannot make your selected time we will hold your deposit for a maximum of 1 year for future rental opportunity.  Please contact us by phone or email, at least 48 hours before your selected time. If we do not hear from you within that time frame, you will lose your deposit.  

Our Jet Skis are great for all age. However, we require that all operators must be a minimum of 21 years of age and possess a valid Driver’s license.  If you are bringing a child please bring a suitable lifejacket for them since we only supply adult sizes

We always recommend a Boater’s Operator card. However, in the event you do not have one. We will provide you with adequate training and a temporary operating license for the duration of your rental if you possess a valid drivers license. We want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

All Jet skis come full of fuel and the first tank of gas is included in the rental price

Riding a jet ski in the dark is illegal.  Our hours are 10am to 6pm daily.

For best experience on the water we recommend 1-2 riders but must not exceed combined weight of over 350 pounds.

We will work with you to reschedule your rental day based on weather conditions. We monitor the weather constantly and credits are provided due to weather.

Whatever you feel comfortable in. Water shoes are recommended. Flip flops or slides may slide off, foot wells can get water in them.

We need to ensure our next customers go out on time.  More than 15 minutes late will result in an extra hourly charge

Can I park the Jet Skis at beaches or docks?

Parking at beaches or docks is fine under certain conditions and procedures.  If you park at a dock, avoid wavy or windy conditions to avoid damage to the Jet Skis banging against the dock.  If you park at a dock securely tie them up with the provided ropes, don't leave the keys in them, and keep them in view at all times.

If parking on a beach or land, shut off the motor in deeper water to avoid sand, rocks, or weeds from entering the intake.  When getting back on the water, push the Jet Skis out into deeper water before starting the engine.

In any situation, avoid running the Jet Skis in shallow water.  If rocks or sand get into the intake, the Jet Skis will not run and you may be stranded resulting in a retrieval charge and other costs associated with repairs and down time.
