Yes there is a security deposit on a jetski rental of $1,500. The security deposit is to motivate the user to cover any user negligence damages to the watercraft.

On the day of the rental, we require a credit card for deposit, there is no charge to the cardholder. The cardholder must be present to sign for the damage deposit and the rental agreement. The renter is responsible for any damage during the rental duration.

Guests are required to arrive 20 minutes before their booking to be given adequate time to complete their orientation and documents. Personal Floatation Devices (PFDs) are supplied and must be worn during the rental period.

Remember this rental time is yours. If you cannot make your selected time we will hold your deposit for a maximum of 1 year for future rental opportunity.  Please contact us by phone or email, at least 48 hours before your selected time. If we do not hear from you within that time frame, you will lose your deposit.  

Our sea-doos are great for all age. However, we require that all operators must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver’s Licence.

We always recommend a Boater’s Operator card. However, in the event you do not have one. We will provide you with adequate training and a temporary operating license for the duration of your rental. We want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

All Jet skis come full of fuel and will be charged based on usage.

Yes, if you cause any damage you are fully responsible for the damages.

Riding a jet ski in the dark is illegal.  Our hours are 10am to 6pm daily.

We provide all ages. If you have your own we always recommend you bring your own for ease of comfort for children.

For best experience on the water we recommend 1-2 riders.

We will work with you to reschedule your rental day based on weather conditions. We monitor the weather constantly and credits are provided due to weather.

Whatever you feel comfortable in. Water shoes are recommended. Flip flops or slides may slide off, foot wells can get water in them.

We need to ensure our next customer go out on time.  More than 15 minutes late will result in an extra hourly charge
